  •   Managed a team of six developers on a project to add features to and improve the quality of Dovetail's flagship payments system.
  •   Drafted technical documentation and test plans.
  •   Developed a framework on top of Struts to enforce good development practices of internationalization and code re-use, which greatly improved code quality, sped up the development cycle, and provided a consistent look and feel to the user.
  •   Ran a training class and mentored developers with less experience using the framework I designed and developed.
